Dorrstop Chocolate Packaging
Spring 2017 // Oregon State University // GD 228
This project’s goal was to create and design a product based on a random object.
I chose to make an artisanal chocolate bar holder out of a doorstop. My final product included packaging for the doorstop and a complimentary chocolate bar.
This project combined some of my favorite things: chocolate, art history, and design. I did extensive (and delicious) research on chocolate bar packaging, and included an famous art piece ("The Chocolate Girl") on the final chocolate bar package.
Even though this item would be superfluous in the real market, I had a lot of fun conceptualizing and designing this fictional product.
